Order Confirmation
To confirm your order, please ensure you read and understand our order policy below:
Product Check and Payment
While the Delivery Person is Present:
Upon receiving your order, we strongly advise that you check the product thoroughly while the delivery person is still present. If the product is correct and in good condition, please proceed to pay the remaining balance directly to the delivery person.
Product Exchange
Incorrect, Damaged, or Broken Products:
If any product is found to be incorrect, damaged, or broken, please inform the delivery person immediately. In such cases, we will arrange for an exchange of the product. ✅
Post-Delivery Conditions
No Complaints Accepted After Delivery:
Once the delivery person has left, no complaints will be accepted. This means that no products will be changed, returned, or exchanged after the delivery is complete. ❌
If Issues Arise During Delivery:
Should the delivery person refuse to allow a product check or if there are any other issues, please contact us immediately at 01962-843614 while the delivery person is still with you.
Order Cancellation and Delivery Charges
No Exchanges or Returns After Delivery:
Please note that after your order is delivered, there will be no options for exchange or return.
Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
If for any reason you need to cancel your order after it has been dispatched for delivery, you will be required to bear the delivery charge. Please be aware that the advance booking amount is non-refundable in such cases.
Outside Dhaka Delivery
For deliveries outside Dhaka, the delivery charge is 150 taka. Advance Payment of this delivery charge via bKash (Send Money) to 01962-843614 is mandatory to confirm your order. The order will not be processed until this payment is received.
Pre-Order Conditions
For pre-orders, 10% of the total product price must be paid in advance via bKash (Send Money) to 01962-843614. This advance payment is required to secure your order and will be deducted from your final balance. Please note that the advance payment is non-refundable if the order is canceled by the customer after confirmation.
Please carefully read and understand the above rules before confirming your order. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled.
